    Frequently Asked Questions

What to do if my water heater start leaking
Turn off the water tank - the shut off valve is located on the cold water supply line (usually your right side pipe). For a gas water heater, turn off the gas. If you follow the gas line, you should see the valve . Turn off the power from the electric breaker or electric cord. Try to locate the leak . Call us - we can help and discuss all your options.
Why does my water heater run out of hot water
One of the most common reasons your water heater runs out of hot water is sediments and minerals building up at the bottom of the tank, and reducing the efficiency of the water heater.

Do i need to replace my leaking water heater
If you have leak on the top of the water heater supply line, we can replace the pipe and stop the leak. However, if the leak is at the bottom and not visible, it’s better to replace the water heater as a whole.
Do i need an expantion tank for my water heater
An expansion tank is always highly recommended if you have a 'closed-loop system' caused by any kind of check valve or pressure regulating valve installed on your house's water supply line
